| Fees are based on guidelines provided by Australian Physiotherapy Association. At NWPG, all our Physiotherapists are highly trained and experienced professionals with almost 50 years of combined experience. Payment is required on the day of consultation. WorkCover, TAC, EPC(Medicare)Comcare and Veterans' Affairs patients are requested to inform the clinic of their status when making the initial appointment. There is a gap payment for all compensable patients. A percentage of physiotherapy costs are claimable under private health insurance shcemes. Health insurance claims can be processed at the time of consultation so only the gap payment applies.
Referral from a medical practitioner is not necessary. However, any relevant medical information should be brought along to the initial consultation.
