They are based on a comprehensive Musculoskeletal Assessment and will include specific exercises for your specific areas of weakness or tension, as well as a structured, goal oriented program which may include Personal training, Pilates and or group running sessions. Individual marathon, half marathon and 10km programs can also be developed.
