We also like to welcome Joanna Bouris to our team who began myotherapy sessions in July 2003.Joanna is a qualified and registered myotherapist who graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1993.? She has been practicing as a self-employed myotherapist for 10 years in her own small business.
As an athlete, she has extensive experience in working with triathletes, track and field athletes.? Her industry experience varies from a social level to national level athletes and from young to old.
Joanna specialises in the areas of:
- Sports
- Repetitive strain/overuse injuries
- Chronic and acute pain management
- Education and corrective exercise programs in prevention
- Neck, shoulder and back pain.
